Rate: $50 per hour
Minimum Session: 2 hours
Initial Consultation: Free 15-20 minute phone or video call to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit

What to Expect
Step 1: Free Consultation
We’ll chat about your organizing goals, what’s not working in your space, and what you hope to achieve. This helps us both determine if we’re a good fit.
Step 2: Assessment & Plan
During our first session, we’ll assess the space together and create a realistic plan. I’ll give you an honest estimate of how many sessions your project might need.
Step 3: The Work
We’ll work together to:
- Sort items into Keep, Donate, and Discard
- Declutter what you no longer need
- Organize what remains into functional systems
- Set up storage solutions that work for you
- Label and finalize your new space
Step 4: Maintenance & Follow-Up
I’ll provide tips for maintaining your organized space and check in with you after a few weeks to see how it’s working.
How Long Will It Take?
Every project is different, but here are some general estimates:
- Single Closet: 1-2 sessions (2-4 hours)
- Kitchen/Pantry: 2-4 sessions (4-8 hours)
- Home Office: 2-3 sessions (4-6 hours)
- Garage: 4-6 sessions (8-12 hours)
- Whole Room: 3-5 sessions (6-10 hours)
I’ll give you a more specific estimate after our consultation and initial assessment.
What I Need From You
For our sessions to be successful, I need you to:
✓ Be present and participate – You make the final decisions about your belongings
✓ Be ready to let go – We’ll focus on keeping items you actually use and love
✓ Be open to new systems – Sometimes the way we’ve always done things isn’t the most efficient
✓ Commit to the process – Real change takes more than one session
What I Don’t Do
To set clear expectations:
✗ I don’t make all decisions for you (you know your life best!)
✗ I don’t simply rearrange clutter (we declutter first, then organize)
✗ I don’t do deep cleaning (organizing and cleaning are different services)
✗ I don’t do heavy furniture moving (though I’m happy to help rearrange)
✗ I don’t work with hoarding situations (these require specialized support)

Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: It varies by project size and scope. A single closet might take 1-2 sessions (2 hours each), while a whole garage might take 4-6 sessions. I’ll give you an honest estimate after our consultation.
Q: Do I have to get rid of things?
A: Yes, effective organizing requires decluttering. We’ll work together to identify items you no longer use or need. However, YOU make all final decisions about what stays and goes.
Q: Will you buy organizing products for me?
A: I’ll recommend products if needed, but you’ll purchase them yourself. We often start by using containers and systems you already have at home.
Q: Can you organize while I’m not home?
A: No, I require you to be present for all sessions. You need to make decisions about your belongings, and I’m there to guide and facilitate, not make choices for you.
Q: How do I maintain the organization after you’re done?
A: I create systems that are intuitive and easy to maintain. I’ll also provide tips and strategies for keeping things organized. Many clients find that once they have a good system, maintenance becomes second nature.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes, I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Q: Are you taking new organizing clients?
A: Because I provide personalized attention to each project, I only work with 1-2 organizing clients at a time. If I’m currently at capacity, I’m happy to add you to my waitlist!
