Did You Know?

1. First consultation is free.
2. I don’t offer in-home boarding or overnight stays (at your home or my own).  I visit your pets at your home.
3. Availability Is First-Come, First-Serve, so don’t wait until the last minute.  Once you are on the schedule, your place is guaranteed.  I will confirm 24-48 hours prior to the first visit.
4. Cancellation Policy: If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, you are responsible for the first day’s visits in full.  For example, if you booked three visits on the first day, but cancelled less than two days prior to the first scheduled visit, you will still be charged for all three visits.
5. Holidays: There are no extra fees for holidays as long as you book at least 2 weeks in advance.  If you book less than 2 weeks in advance, a $3 fee will be added to every visit.  The Cancellation Policy applies to holidays, as well.
6. Mail Pick-up, Taking Out Trash/Recycling Cans, and Watering Plants are available upon request at no additional charge.
