Did You Know?
- First consultation is free.
- I don’t offer in-home boarding or overnight stays (at your home or my own). I visit your pets at your home.
- 15-minute visits are only available for Terrell and Sherrills Ford customers. See service page for more information.
- Availability Is First-Come, First-Serve, so don’t wait until the last minute. Once you are on the schedule, your place is guaranteed. I will confirm 24-48 hours prior to the first visit.
- Cancelation Policy: If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, you are responsible for half of the full amount.
- Holidays: There are no extra fees for holidays as long as you book at least 2 weeks in advance. If you book less than 2 weeks in advance, a $3 fee will be added to every visit. The Cancellation Policy applies to holidays, as well.
- Mail Pick-up, Taking Out Trash/Recycling Cans, and Watering Plants are available upon request at no additional charge. Feeding pets and watering plants are not available for 15-minute visits.
